Data Backup

Losing data can be detrimental to a business. In a worst case scenario, it can shut an entire business down. You can avoid such a catastrophe by backing up your data properly. There are many solutions available for data back up and choosing the right one depends on your business needs. Should you back up offsite? Should it all be done on local machines or tape drives? These are all good questions that you have to take into consideration when choosing the appropriate solution for your business.

How We Back Your Data Up

Our techs come to your office and set up a central file storage server (which we provide) and connect all your users to it.

All user data is backed up to the central storage server nightly to minimize data loss. Data retrieval is fast as the backup server is located on your local network.

All data from the central storage server is backed up to an offsite location to provide redundancy for any potential physical security threats, including:

  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Theft
